Pomegranate and Fig Watercolor Ink Silk Tallit
This design was hand illustrated in a watercolor and ink style, creating movement in the artwork. This design is printed on silk habotai, which is a lightweight silk fabric.
This tallit is genuinely a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. The pomegranates and figs were meticulously hand-illustrated, creating a stunning repeat pattern printed onto 100% silk habotai fabric. This lightweight fabric boasts a loose weave, making it breathable and not hot. The silk holds color beautifully and allows for vibrant designs. The prayer is printed directly onto the fabric, so there won't be any bunching at the neck. The tzitzit are a black and white wool handspun and dyed by Fury Wren. The handspun wool adds a softer touch to the tzitzit and more character. The tzitzit are expertly tied in the style of Rabbi Isaac Luria with connecting loops on the side of the coils. This is meant to remind us that we wear tzitzit like the Divine wears tzitzit, and therefore it acts as a sort of friendship bracelet with Hashem.
