At Elly Bovarnick Studios, all pieces are designed with flair and handmade with care. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in perfect, unused condition. Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items are final sale. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to my error.

Repairs
If an item needs repair due to a craftsmanship issue, it will be fixed free of charge. Repairs needed due to wear, accidental damage, or misuse may be available for a fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis with approval prior to work being done.
